What Happens During a Session?

A typical RTT® session includes:

Will I Lose Control During Hypnosis?

No.

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and relaxation.

You remain aware throughout the session and cannot be made to do anything against your values or wishes. Most people describe it as feeling deeply relaxed while remaining conscious and engaged.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

For the best results, I recommend listening to your audio daily for a minimum of 21 days, although many clients choose to continue for longer.

The repetition helps strengthen new neural pathways and supports the integration of the changes you want to create. Think of it as continuing the transformation process between sessions.

Reiki Master Teacher

The highest level of traditional Usui Reiki training.

This training supports those who feel called to deepen their Reiki mastery and, if desired, teach and attune others.

Master Teacher training includes:

• Teaching and mentoring skills

• Practitioner development

Lemurian Reiki Attunements

For those drawn to a more spiritual and intuitive approach to energy work.

At present, Reiki Shares are on hold until after the summer while I focus on other projects and commitments.

I understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes appointments need to change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

In-Person and Online Sessions

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours or more notice can be moved to an alternative date without charge.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

• Failure to attend an appointment without notice will normally be treated as a missed appointment and may be charged in full.

RTT® Hypnotherapy and Transformation Sessions

These sessions involve significant preparation and time allocation before and after your appointment.

For this reason, cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may be charged in full unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Training Courses and Workshops

Training places are often limited.

Where possible, cancellations made with sufficient notice may be transferred to a future course date. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by Hikari Soul.

Exceptional Circumstances

I appreciate that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If this happens, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will always aim to be fair and reasonable.

Your Consumer Rights

If you purchase a service online or at a distance, you may have rights under UK consumer legislation. However, where you request a service to begin within the statutory cooling-off period, or where a booking relates to a specific appointment date and time, different cancellation provisions may apply.
