How my journey began

For many years, I worked in the corporate world of construction—a fast-paced, demanding environment that left little space for rest or balance. As a solo parent, the weight of responsibility was even greater, and over time, I found myself suffering from burnout and the daily challenges of fibromyalgia.

In that space of exhaustion, I realised something had to change. I began the journey of letting go of what no longer served me, addressing what was draining my energy, and daring to step outside of my comfort zone. This included making the life-changing decision to move closer to the sea—choosing an environment that nourished my soul and offered me peace, clarity, and renewal.

It was during this time that I discovered Reiki and Coaching. These practices became a lifeline—helping me release stress, reconnect with myself, and restore balance between work, life, and spirit. I learned that true strength is not in constant striving, but in creating harmony, dancing lightly through life, and aligning with the rhythm of my soul.

Inspired by this transformation, I trained in Reiki, Coaching, and RTT® so I could guide others on their own path of healing and alignment. Through Hikari Soul, I now offer a safe, compassionate space where you too can find calm, clarity, and light—and create a life that truly supports who you are

1. The Science

Everything vibrates

At a quantum level, all matter — from stars to skin cells — is made of atoms, and those atoms are mostly empty space with energy moving through them.

Einstein put it simply: E = mc² — energy and matter are interchangeable.

That means the solid things we see are just energy condensed into form. Even our thoughts and emotions are measurable energy patterns:

  • Brain waves (electrical energy) shift with focus or calm.

  • The heart emits an electromagnetic field that extends beyond the body.

  • Our nervous system responds to energy input — calm environments slow heart rate; stress speeds it.

So, the human body isn’t just physical — it’s an energetic ecosystem that can become coherent or chaotic depending on internal and external influences.

2. The Spiritual

Energy as consciousness

From a spiritual lens, this energy is life force — Chi, Prana, Ki.

It flows through and around us, linking body, mind, and soul. When this flow is blocked, we feel it as fatigue, anxiety, or imbalance. When it’s open, we experience peace, clarity, and alignment.

Reiki, meditation, or mindful living help you clear and rebalance this flow.

They’re not about “adding” something new but returning to your natural frequency — your soul’s original vibration.

3. The Hikari Soul Way

Where light meets alignment

Hikari means “light” — the pure frequency of consciousness itself.

The Hikari Soul way is about recognising that your energy is both scientific and sacred:

  • Science gives you awareness of how your biology and environment affect your energy.

  • Spirit reminds you that energy carries intention, love, and purpose.

  • Hikari Soul brings the two together — teaching you to live as light in motion: grounded in the physical world, guided by the unseen one.

In Hikari Soul sessions or teachings, that means:
