✨ Beautiful Days reminded me what Hikari Soul is about. ✨

Trading at Beautiful Days challenged me to show up exactly as I was—nervous, exposed, with a cold sore and slowly losing my voice.

There was no polished version of me. Just me.

And perhaps that was the lesson.

Hikari Soul isn’t about waiting until everything feels perfect. It’s about meeting ourselves where we are, finding safety in discomfort and trusting ourselves to take the next step.

I arrived with a prepared menu of sessions, but as I listened to what people needed, I allowed the work to evolve. From that openness, the Flow Session was born—a session guided by the person, the moment and whatever needed to come forward.

That is the essence of Hikari Soul: creating a safe space where the mind, body and energy can lead the way.

The work wasn’t perfect, but it was powerful. People left feeling deeply relaxed, reminding me that healing comes through intention, connection and authenticity—not perfection.

Away from the sessions, I experienced the journey for myself.

I danced freely, sang loudly, laughed often and allowed myself to be seen without hiding.

I was:

Reprogramming thoughts that told me to hide.
Regulating myself through discomfort.
Trusting my body, intuition and work.
Allowing myself to transform.

Beautiful Days reminded me that Hikari Soul isn’t simply something I offer to others.

It is something I live.

I began in discomfort…

and found my way back to myself. 🔥
