🌈 What Are Chakras?
The word chakra comes from Sanskrit meaning “wheel” or “disc.” It refers to spinning centres of energy within the body that connect our physical, emotional and spiritual selves. Each chakra vibrates at its own frequency and governs certain organs, glands and emotional patterns.
There are seven main chakras, aligned along the spine from base to crown:
Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Base of spine
Represents: safety, stability, grounding
When balanced: you feel secure and supported
When blocked: anxiety, fear, lack of focusSacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Lower abdomen
Represents: creativity, sensuality, joy
When balanced: healthy emotions and relationships
When blocked: guilt, emotional numbness, low energySolar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Upper abdomen
Represents: confidence, personal power, motivation
When balanced: strong will, self-esteem, clarity

When balanced: open, connected, peaceful
